Ready-to-Occupy Warehousing Infrastructure for Industrial Machinery
KSH Integrated Logistics occupies the majority of Building A2 at KSH Chakan Park 2, using approximately 200,000 sq. ft. for warehousing operations serving its client Rieter. The facility is used to store machinery manufactured by Rieter.
CHALLENGES
The building was already ready for occupation, and the client reported no significant project challenges. The requirement was for an existing warehousing facility with suitable storage and handling infrastructure, without substantial tenant improvement work.
SOLUTION
Ready-Built Industrial Space
KSH INFRA provided approximately 200,000 sq. ft. of ready-to-occupy warehousing space with a 9-metre eave height and a floor-loading capacity of 6 tonnes per square metre.
Loading, Power and Safety
The facility provides 12 loading docks, 125 kVA power and fire protection in accordance with the National Building Code (NBC).
Tenant-Led Racking Installation
Extensive tenant improvements were not required. KSH Integrated Logistics installed its own racking systems to support its warehousing operation.
Outcome
KSH INFRA provided approximately 200,000 sq. ft. of ready-to-occupy warehousing space, allowing KSH Integrated Logistics to set up its storage operations with minimal building modifications.
